MI can help track imports and interface with U.S. customs. If products need to be stored in the U.S., MI will manage the relationship with a third party warehouse and ensure inventory is correct and shipments to clients go out on time.

Full-charge Bookkeeping

MI will process orders, invoice clients, create vendor purchase orders, reconcile accounts, deposit and create payments, and other tasks to meet your business needs.


MI will provide you with monthly P&L and Balance sheet reports so you stay on top of your investment. We can create basic cash flows and yearly forecasting and analysis. We also coordinate with the CPA for state and federal tax reporting and compliance.


Marketing and Sales Support

MI can help your sales team succeed by offering marketing support, ensuring that your messaging is on target and effective for the U.S. market. Our team has experience with English editing; email marketing campaigns; social media account set-up and management; collateral creation including ads, flyers, business cards, letterheads, and PowerPoint templates; as well as organizing, attending, and helping with trade shows and other big events.



MI can provide training in QuickBooks (bookkeeping software), help with accounting software implementations and conversions, demonstrate Salesforce and other CRMs, as well as provide training with marketing tools such as Mail Chimp, Social Media platforms, Hootsuite, Adobe Suite, and more.
