Paola Fini is the MI's Account Manager. She has collaborated with the company for more than five years and has attended the company’s training seminars in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Paola has more than twenty years of managerial experience gained both in profit and nonprofit organizations. Her experience includes establishing and managing international sales forces and organizational start-ups. Her latest start-up is by-Biella, an Italian high-end fashion company serving professional men.

Her experiences include development of sales organizations in Europe, Asia, and the United States, as well as the direct management of key global accounts for an Italian Textile group. During the 1980s, Ms. Fini held managerial positions in the accounting and human resources departments within this group. As the companys CFO she was responsible for investments in production technology and information technology. In addition, in the mid 1980s she managed the sale of one of the company’s manufacturing plants to the government of an Eastern European country.

From 1993 to 2000 she was the CEO of Biella Intraprendere, Inc., a nonprofit organization sponsored by private enterprises and by government agencies. The mission of the company is to promote Biellas industrial district. Since the very beginning of her career Paola has been very active within the association of the Italian Industrialists (CONFINDUSTRIA). Within this organization she has held a variety of positions, including Vice President of the Board of the Piemonte chapter of the young industrialists and Member of the Board of the Biella Chapter. In addition, for eighteen years she was a member on the board of the newspaper “Eco di Biella.” Ms Fini holds a degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Bocconi University in Milano, Italy.
